Moringa Soup 

Ingredients : Moringa leaves, Pepper (Milagu), Garlic (Poondu), Cumin seeds (Seeragam), Flour, and Salt.

How to Prepare : 

To prepare, mix 1 teaspoon of soup mix with 1-1/2 glass of water and dissolve it smoothly. Boil for 3 minutes while stirring occasionally, and add salt if needed. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Please note that the soup mix powder should not be added directly to hot water.

Moringa Rice Mix

Ingredients : Moringa Leaves Powder, Curry Leaves, Paruppu powder, Hing (Asafoetida), Mustard Seeds, Salt & Chilly Powder.

Moringa Noodles

Ingredients : Moringa leaf powder, Little millet flour , Whole wheat atta, Cluster bean powder & Salt.

How to Cook

Step-1: Cook the noodles in boiling water for 5min
Step-2: Drain the hot water and rinse it with Cold water
Step-3: Mix a spoon of oil and half masala With the noodles
Step-4: Heat oil and fry mustard, onion, curry leaves, green chillies,cabbage,carrots, beans and remaining masala. Then mix the cooked noodles.
