It employs multiple diamond saw blades mounted on a single frame to perform simultaneous slicing of stone blocks, significantly increasing productivity compared with single-blade cutters.
The DZQ-1600 multi-blade hydraulic stone cutter is a heavy-duty industrial machine designed for efficiently cutting granite, marble and other natural stone blocks into uniform slabs using multiple diamond saw blades in one pass. It’s widely used in stone processing workshops, quarry operations, and slab production facilities. Uses multiple diamond circular saw blades (typically 8, 12, 14, 16, 18 or up to 22 blades) mounted on a single frame to cut the stone block into slabs of various thicknesses in one operation.Four hydraulic pressurized columns provide smooth, stable up/down movement of the cutting head, ensuring precise slicing and reduced vibration.
